WHAT: 65th Annual Grand Rapids Boat Show
A West Michigan tradition continues at DeVos Place in downtown Grand Rapids. Some 30 dealers will unveil the newest and best watercraft from nearly 80 manufacturers at Michigan's longest running boat show. Exhibits include a range of boats from 16 to 40 feet, including cruisers, fishing boats, ski boats, pontoons and kayaks. You’ll also find boating accessories and services like marina slips, brokers, ship stores and ski gear. Current boat owners will find a broad selection of accessories, including new advances in lifts, hoists and docks. Without a doubt, this is one of the finest water sports expos in the country – and the Great Lakes State is proud to claim it!
The Huge Lagoon is full of entertainment all weekend long, The Marine Division of the Kent County Sheriff will once again conduct a free Boating Safety Certification Class, The Water Wonderland Chapter of the Antique & Classic Boat Society returns with several of their wooden gems and new this year is an exhibit by the Michigan Maritime Museum.
